Radio Girmit (RG) is a unique online Kannada radio station. It is a humble effort to promote Kannada
music and connect Kannadigas all over the world through this thread of symphony. We treat our
listeners with Kannada melody 24X7. Along with this, what makes Radio Girmit unparalleled are the
intriguing programs which will keep you hooked throughout. These programs hosted by RJs are based
on several interesting themes. The most popular shows on Radio Girmit are E-haadu Yaarigaagi; a show
based on songs requested by listeners hosted by RJ Kanchan and Bhaava Sinchana ; a show based on
Kannada light music or Bhaava Geete as they are popularly known hosted by RJ Chitra.
The other shows of Radio Girmit that had its listeners’ attention captivated were Rajkumar Rasa
Sanje hosted by RJ Vinay, Hani Hani hosted by RJ Poornima, Nimgidu Gotta hosted by RJ Rashmi and
Chatapata Suddi by RJ Shalini.
A special note of thanks goes out to RJ Divya, the first RJ of Radio Girmit, to have started the very
